This page explains, in plain terms, what information tianshantours.com collects when you visit or send an enquiry, and why. It reflects exactly what is wired into this site today — nothing more.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, and whether visitors start the enquiry form or click through to WhatsApp. Analytics data is not linked to your name or contact details. We do not currently show a cookie-consent banner, so Analytics runs for every visitor, including those in the EU or UK, from the moment the page loads.

The enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, travel dates, group size, tour interest and message you enter. Submissions are sent to FormBold, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers them to Kylych by email. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits. We do not control what Google does with that data beyond the settings in our GA4 property. There is currently no cookie-consent mechanism on this site — see the note above.
